Feel free to create your own and experiment with modifying the prompt.
Anything in bold needs to be customized.
If you are unsure of your CEFR level, you can take an assessment test here or here.

Please create a self-study unit on the following topic: [INSERT YOUR TOPIC HERE]

The unit should include:

  1. A reading of 400–500 words at CEFR level of B2. The topic should be explored in both a personal and professional context where relevant. The reading should feel like a well-written article, not a textbook.  No em dashes.
  2. A vocabulary list of 15–25 key words or phrases from the reading. These words should be formatted in bold in the reading above. Format each entry as: Word: (Korean translation) definition
  3. 10 comprehension articles related to the article. These should not be a simple recitation of information, but require an understanding of content.
  1. An AI prompt that a student could use to interactively discuss this reading with AI.  The primary focus should be on the students’ opinions of the piece and how it applies to their life.
  2. A discussion question list of 15 questions. Mix questions that are directly tied to the reading with questions that are more personal and experiential. Questions should encourage genuine reflection and discussion, not just comprehension checks.
  3. A list of recommended online resources related to the topic — including at least two YouTube videos or TED/TEDx talks and at least two articles or blog posts. For each resource, include a brief description and the URL.
